# Building Event

It acts as your dashboard for specifying the who, what, when, where, and how of your event. It covers everything from visuals, scheduling, capacity, to virtual/in-person formats. This is the first part of event creation—later, you can configure ticketing, publishing, privacy settings, analytics, and more.

### What are M0VE’s event features?

#### Cover Image

Upload an image (recommended size 1080 × 1080) to visually represent your event (a cover/browse image).

#### Event Title & Description

Enter a title and provide a description (3–300 characters) for clarity and engagement.

#### Theme Color

Choose a theme color that will carry throughout your event's visual presentation.

#### Event Location

Specify the format of your event—whether it's physical (address), virtual (Zoom link, Meeting ID, Password), or hybrid. You can also set a virtual stream URL.

#### Event Schedule

Define when the event starts and ends. Options include a one-time occurrence or recurring series (weekly, monthly, annually). You can also set the capacity (maximum attendees).

#### Time Zone

Choose the correct time zone for your event to ensure timing displays properly for attendees across regions.
